Should Avatars have Size Limits?

Just a quick question/poll concerning avatars: should there be a size limit on them? If so, how stringent should the size limits be? Discuss below.

Remember that avatars which are too large (especially too long) disrupt the 'flow' of the forum: posts are out of whack and oversized, even if the user only posts one or two sentences. However, I want to know what you think before I do something that might affect your avatars.

I'll take whatever action, if any, according to the results of this poll once I return home on the 3rd of January 2008.

I agree. Huge avatars make the spacing of the text posts really .... unactractive ? lol. small and concise!

I also think we should have a size limit within reason, without one Avatar sizes could be giant. Like lets say an Avatar that covers the whole page...Thats just OTT.

In my experience and on the forums I have run in the past restrictions on avatars and signatures are needed
