Actually they make things clear. Before you could play with outdated Land Riders of Codex, Chapter Approved 2004 rules, rules from Codex Space Marines or French/German Codex.
The best part is that they didn't change rules of Land Rider Crusader. It can _always_ shoot both of hurricane bolters and one additional weapon with machine spirit. So, there will be no reason to slow down. This opens options to unload all shooting against one target, operate the other hurricane bolter against different target if main target is not in fire sector and split fire against infarty and use multimelta against different target.
Only disapointment is that we keep old autocannons.

No extra attack for charging for PAGK's as they still have True Grit. The Termies do get an extra attack on the charge. The debate wether they get True Grit or not is now over. They don't.

Yes, I meant assault cannons.
Technically PAGK get extra attack from the charge, but they loose extra attack from true grit. They always get extra attack! Some people say there are no reason to charge enemy. Actually we don't need to charge unless we have good reason for that.

Charging denies them the extra attack they would get so why not? Either way you still one-up them.

That just depends on situation. In neutral situation charge would be ofcourse best choice as you said. Things are different if GK or enemy is in cover, enemy would get support in fight, etc.
Re: Deamonhunters 5th edition faq and errata as by uk gw.
True, if you are in cover it really doesn't make much difference.
