No Terminator Armour for Justicars

I can't remember where I read this in the forums before but someone was saying that they gave their Justicar Terminator Armour. Well I was rereading the rules and in the armoury on page 16 it says that only Inquisitors and Inquisitor Lords may take Terminator armour, not Justicars.

If someone gave their Justicar Termie armor it was illegal. The foonote clearly states for Inquisitor characters only.
