I have no idea when GW is going to release the new book (some rumors talk about a new Inquisition codex, with all the options, just like the demons codex or the chaos codex)

But we can post our dreams and hopes... what do you like to see in the new book?

I like:

-bikes and jump packs, we need more fast attack

-and if they don't give us that, drop pods!

-heavy weapons: maybe a psycannon with AP 3

-all the storm bolters with AP 4 for free

-venerable dradnoughts, ...

Which hand is dominant with you, and which hands would you hold a gun and sword in?

Naturally if I had only one weapon I would hold it in my left, but with two weapons I am not sure which would take priority I think my gun would be in my left.

So I've noticed this upgrade at the cost of roughly 2/3 a GK, as basically a single krak missile shot with unlimited range (need LoS) that can be put on vehicles.

Is it worth it? It seems like an interesting option for an early game shot at some vital target of the enemies, even considering the new vehicle damage charts, its possible that it could be quite useful.

I guess its dicey with a 65-50% chance to hit on most of the vehicles that can use it but just the shock value may be interesting......

I just found these GK Dread pics on CMON, and thought you might enjoy them.

I was thinking that it would be cool if we continue this thread and keep posting awesome GK pics that we come across (there are lots of them out there).

I think it will be a good resource for us to pull from and use for our own armies.

Well here is something for ya!

According too the rules the codexes overight the rulebook.

So, do we have a force weapon in our codex?

Brothers,

I found a "Chapter specific quiz" for the Grey Knights on B&C.

I signed in and searched:

Grey Knights Chapter Specific Quiz

And voila!!! A very challenging quiz!!!

Let us know how you did, and be honest!!! The Emperor is watching!!!

I scored 14 (Mid Knight)

I am already heading to the librarium to retrieve the missing knowledge, and then reporting for disciplining for my lack of knowledge.

This is an extenction of several FAQ's and tactica (Several I've read there)

Replacing a justicar's storm bolter with a Psycannon while keeping his nemesis weapon.

Now he's going to cost 30 Pts more and will lose one attack BUT this would give 3 Psycannon in one troop choice and still come out swighing with 2 powerweapon hits.

I am asking my battlebrothers for advice for I have an unfinished pgk with Psycannon on my desk, a little greenstuff and some bits and he makes a fine justicar.

well after getting a solid lowdown on the 5th edition , it spells the end of my deamonhunter army as a stand alone army and this is why.

Troops are now the only scoring meaning that i just down own sufficiant number of knights to make my army competitive, why not buy more knights and troopers ? well with space marines comming out with an incredeble amout of sweet stuff , i am saving up ...

- Heralds

- Demon princes

- feel no pain units

after that every other unit will get obliterated against us

Pack you Anointed weapon to get 2d6 againts the soulgrinder (13/13/11)

And also pack and inquisitor with sanctuary since everything on that list has Demon Rule.

They said they had too many problems getting the ordered stuff in. If a GW store has this problem I'm a little cautious about ordering on my own. Can anybody give me their experience on ordering direct from Forge World?

Pure GK list seems to be popular, but I don't get the idea. List without Inquisitors, ist and assassins lack flexibility, because without them there will be very few choices left: Grey Knights, teleporting Grey Knights, Grey Knights with lot of the big guns, Grey Knights or Grey Knight heroes in terminator armors, Dreadnoughts and few vehicles. This seems to be choice made for style, but also severe amputation.

Does pure GK list work? Does anyone play pure purital Inquisitional force without ...
