Seriously! people WANT to play grey knights to see a different army and rules. it's a bit exciting to them.

To back up the venerable Nemesis Force, when there are fewer people playing an army it kind of forms a tighter knit community where everyone helps out everyone

I believe that this point ironically reflects the scarcity of Grey Knights in the 40K universe aswell as in ours
It would after all be strange if the Grey Knights appeared on every battle field. We are "shrouded" (LOL!!!) in mystery and legend, so our appearance on the field of battle should provoke reactions of awe!
