Tolkien created it. Gygax brought it to our tabletops. In a large way the road these gentleman paved have ultimately lead to forums like this. Thanx, Gary. Thanx for giving me an outlet to tap my imagination. Thanx for planting the seed of my cherished hobbies that have grown and diversified over so many years. Rest in peace, my friend.

I heard of him the day he died, i was told that he was the father of rpg's of today.

Then i saw a picture of him and he looked awesome.
