Re: + Data Entery Points 0-1000+
That's about as good as gets at 500 points. The only suggestion would be to swap the Dreadnought for more GK's but that would make me sound like a broken record. I like the variety the Dread brings. Unfortunately the Brother Captain can't have a targeter as it's not on the options list for models in Termie armor.
Tactics: All good in theory, all gone to hell in practice.

Updated it to account for your comments by losing the targeter and adding smoke on the Dread. I think it is now 501 pts
Feel that a Dread is needed incase of light armour, which most others will have I think.

This one is for 500pts Combat Patroll
Inquisitor with Psycannon
Vindicare assassin
5 Ist with 2 plasma gun
5 Ist with 2 plasma gun
5 FA PAGK with 2 psycannons
This is meant to face my opponents standard list than includes Chimera, 2 sentinels, 2 units of storm troopers with granade launchers and one with plama guns.
I used to field two units of GK, but I had anything to penetrate front armor of the Chimera. For that reason I decided to took two small units of Ist with plasma guns. I am bit worried because of small size, but I cannot trust on just two plasma guns. I hate short range of them, but thats best I can have.
GK unit is meant to be teleported behind or side of the Chimera as a backupplan, but I will loose my firepower to shoot sentinels on early turns.
Better ideas?

You could swap the Assasin for a squad of 9 stormtroopers with 2 meltaguns or 4 more Grey Knights. My Combat patrol list is...
399 points
Troops
Grey Knights Squad - 4xPAGK, 1xJusticar with Meltabombs, Targeter, Frag Grenades
Grey Knights Squad - 4xPAGK, 1 with a Psycannon, 1xJusticar with Meltabombs, Targeter, Frag Grenades
Inquisitorial Stormtroopers - 6xStormtroopers
Justicars can take on vehicals, or the Psycannon can let loose on them. Hellguns will go through most Tyranids, Orks and Imperial Guard without Carapace Armour or the equivalent. Stormbolters can fire whilst retreating to thin enemy numbers and avoid Close Combat until I can fight them more confidently, and the Grey Knights can then counter-attack and finish off the survivors in Close Combat. My Troopers usually stay behind the Grey Knights untill the enemy get too close, and then the Troopers will charge out and Rapid Fire anything that moves, and do very well at it. The Troopers will inevitably be killed by another enemy unit, but the enemy is usually horrified to find that the whole squad is only worth 60 victory points, and that in killing them, she/he will have probably had to ignore the Grey Knights Squad. That's when the Grey Knights begin the counter assault.
It usually works, I haven't lost many games with it and is made to take on all comers, but I whenever I try to change it, I lose. (CURSE YOU INCINERATORS!!!!) It's main fault that I can see is that it relies on the enemy attacking me, and there is bound to be a few armies with longer range and better weapons than mine (Tau, Shooty Marines, etc.) so they will adopt a stance at the start of the game and stay there. To combat this I could Teleport one of my Grey Knights Squads, whilst simultaneously moving the other squad up the table, but it might be too risky, and Grey Knights are too high costing to send on blatent suicide missions (where deamons aren't involved).
