At my local club no CSM player shies away from me. The Daemon ones do though. I keep it a very tight secret that I'm actually 0-1-1 vs. Daemons. Shhhh...

All the same though, I look forward to fighting some Daemons. No invuln saves thanks to our psycannons? Psh, it's a bloody breeze on the shooting field I bet!

Except that they all have cover saves.

Incinerators though. There is a weapon to fear.

Too bad you have to get close to shoot with it.

Fire seems to be the cure for corruption these days I'd like to just stormbolter/psybolt/psycannon the crap out of them though. Blahg.

If Kharn has T4 use a lascannon on him (assuming he can be insta-gibbed) from LR.

If that fails you could tank shock him with the LR. Since Kharn is such a powerful unit your opponent might try to make "death or glory" which he will most likely fail, and therefore insta-gibbing Kharn tB.

Those stats make him an uber scary model, plus if he has Khorne beserkers with him...

Indeed Brother Primarch, Kharns super nasty when he's in a transport with a group of Berzerkers. Rather hard to pick out. Worse yet, I am fanatic with close combat, love it, and I tend to think my Knights are tougher then they are

My rival knows this, and always challenges me on it.

Too bad we don't have access to LR redeemers, those would be a world of hurt for his beserkers. It would also make sense to utilise tanks as much as possible to limit the mobility of the transport which Kharn and his beserkers are in by blocking movement paths. Since his beserkers will most likely not be capable of taking down a LR (assuming you can't give them melta bombs), it can be used to delay his movement towards your GK who can sit outside of the pistol range and focus on other units.

A major problem about GK is that our armies are really small and don't have the numbers to soak up damage

Yea unfortunately if he has any anti tank (not sure how daemons far in this manner) you could be in serious trouble if your LR's get popped, but the main thing is trying to make sure your the one choosing your fights.
If his hard hitters are being transported your going to have issues since GK's are generally best used from range to soften a target then in CC to wipe someone out. If they can't do this they aren't nearly as effective.

The normal berzerkers come with krak and (much to my annoyance everytime I play them) frag grenades. If you opponent takes a 'skull champion' (unit champion) then he can be equipped with melta bombs or powerfist so be a little careful if he gets close to your raiders. Its going to be sweet when we finally get a new codex and it has redeemers in it - "feel that burn little baby berzerkers!!"

Heheheh, indeed, holy flames will melt those crazy heretics without any problems. Just need to be patient for all the goodies new codexs bring.

I'd be happy to see some new special heroes for Grey Knights, a large list of pskyer powers instead of just 2 that aren't as versatile as I'd like (Well, 3, but who takes scourging?) and a tougher Grandmaster/Brother Captain. Fingers crossed.
