I am an Idiot.

Yeah like the title says I am an idiot.As I noticed that my White Ravens that I had painted didn't have that as pure white as those models that I had used spray paint on,I decided that I would repaint my whole army with the exception of 2 normal marines,my HQs and my Termies.And now that I have spray painted them,I noticed there is so much paint on the that all that detail has been plurred.And I can't paint those models as I am a sucky painter at start,but now that those models are allready assembled,I paint even suckier as I had allready painted so most of my army is now ruined and I will never ever paint anymore.So I think i will quit warhammer compleately.

Brother Ezekiel, you're not serious are you? I know its disheartening to think of all the work needed to re-paint everything but just think of it as a make over to make them look better

Of course, you'll have to strip them of the paint first. I don't know how hard it is to strip paint from plastic but I've stripped paint from my GK's lots of times

Alright, wherever you may be, I fully reccommend DETTOL ANTISEPTIC GERMICIDE! Pour it neat and strip your models in 30 minute batches!

Don't worry, Rivan has seen my craptastic Crimson Fists! Your White Raven's can't possibly be worse than that! So Keep plugging away! Strip then paint again! better than quitting altogether! Think of all that wasted cash!

thanks you 2 and I honestly think that your so called craptastic Crimsom Fists can't be as great crap as my White Ravens.But the most stupidest thing is that I just realized that there are only 2 models that have had that 'too much paint thing'.Man I paniced over nothing.But still my crappy painting skills are getting on my nerv and the thing that I could get my 2 whirlwind yet.

Hey man your not a suckier painter, theres no such thing! Next time you'll be able to apply new skills you've learned, I think I could of done the same once with my guardsmen. Man, would a space marine ever give up if he sprayed boltgun fire on his own marine for being a god damn traitor no, so neither should you.

Guys I got models from when I first started playing Eldar, hidden in a box under my house because if they where ever to see light of day the pure craptasticness of the paintjobs would instantly create a black hole sucking all of this universe into it.

I've also heard something called Green Stuff (american) is good on plastics, try that!

Comrade/brother Ezekiel, do not worry, strip them all, repaint them and they'll be good as new, as FTE said earlier, you'll learn, so don't worry, we all were once poor painters, so take this as a lesson, don't give up!

Its definately do-able, lots of people strip and repaint models!

MR Clean is a BRIGHT GREEN cleaning agent that is awesome for stripping models

I know it feels frustrating when yous skills aren't up to the level of GW, or all of those super painters out there but as long as you keep practicing you will get to a level you are happy with. And remember that painting is a skill that needs to learned like any other skill, so stay calm, and enjoy the hobby
